About Me!
My name is Emma Jegede, and I am honoured to serve as the Manager and Administrator at Victory Hill. I bring a lifelong passion for early childhood education, deeply rooted in my family’s legacy—my mother established and led multiple preschool programs, and our family proudly founded Kids Klub.
With a diverse background as a Kids Klub Manager, Education Assistant in SD61, Community Support Worker, and Behavioural Interventionist, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children and families in a variety of educational and therapeutic settings. I hold certifications as an ECEA, BI, CSW, and EA, and bring both professional expertise and personal commitment to my role.
As a mother of three beautiful daughters and part of a multicultural family, I value inclusive, respectful, and culturally rich environments. What brings me the most joy about working at Victory Hill is being part of a Christian-based, nonprofit organization that puts children and families first. Our mission is to serve with love, integrity, and support, embracing the diversity of our community and celebrating every child’s unique background.
